Be aware, it's a different environment for e-bikes in Connecticut, starting October 1st. I don't agree with the way the state went about some of these requirements, but some make great sense. I'm afraid the intent of these laws will be totally lost in the confusion of enforcement by different towns. Ride safe out there!

New E-Bike laws go into effect on Oct 1st.
If you own an E-Bike, or you are thinking about buying one, take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the laws and the rules of the road.

The oilslick color is pretty unique and beautiful. It's likely still here in town not far from their home off of Colman St.

Hello everyone.
We have a big announcement, and it isn't great news for the local cycling community.
Bike New London Community Bike Shop will be closing by the end of this year.
There are many contributing reasons for this, but we prefer to think that we're at a natural end point of a 10 year ride.
Stop in between now and the end of December for GREAT prices on some fine reconditioned bikes. We have wheels to suit all riders.

Hey everybody, a bike was taken from Bike New London's shop on Saturday afternoon. It was a very nice Nishiki Colorado men's mountain bike. (The mens bike in the photos. Black white and green.)

If you see it, or see someone riding it or trying to sell it, be advised there is a police report on it with NLPD.
We just want it back, no questions asked.
