Reintroducing a familiar face here at Evolve! Alden Risell has been with us for almost 2 years.

Originally from Greenville, SC, Alden graduated from USC and found her way to Charleston where she works as the retail brand experience specialist at Marolina Outdoor.

Alden teaches this week: Monday @ 6:00am and Sunday @ 8:00am & 9:00am! Come show her some love this week by taking one of her classes!

Here’s a glimpse into Maddie Bailey Lynch life beyond the studio!

When she’s not working in digital media strategy, teaching, or taking classes at Evolve, she’s spending time with her husband, Cannon, and taking walks in Hampton Park!

Maddie started as a client, did our instructor training, and has been teaching at Evolve for over a year and a half! If you haven’t taken one of Maddie’s classes yet, consider this your sign to get to know her in (and outside) the studio!

Mermaid is a dynamic exercise that incorporates lateral flexion to strengthen your obliques, QL, and spinal stabilizers (erector spinae and multifidus).

It improves posture and spinal mobility. Come experiment with mermaid in your next Body Smart class this upcoming week:
