I hope everyone’s enjoying their holiday weekend! See you all tomorrow ✨

We had way too much fun to let summer end just yet. 🤍

After such an amazing turnout at our last Free Pilates in the Park, Kailyn and I decided to squeeze in one more class this Sunday at Twining Park while the weather is still on our side!

This one is keeping it simple. No flowers, no coffee, no extras. Just one really good hour of Pilates outside with Kailyn leading the class.

Bring your mat, bring your water, bring a friend if you’d like, and come move with us one more time before summer slips away.
