en. Through continued training and application of Tae Kwon Do, people of all ages, sizes, and abilities find that this martial art develops their mental and physical potentials to their highest levels. Little Ninjas
The intent of this class is to teach students to channel their energy, improve their focus and listening skills, and aid their physical development. This program will instill confindence and discipline in your child, while also teaching the basic Tae Kwon Do movements in a fun and engaging way. Basic Beginners
Offering a positive environment for children / adults to develop character traits that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. This class builds confidence, focus, self-esteem, discipline, respect, positive attitude and values. Instructors use positive teaching techniques in a safe environment where every child can succeed, while focusing on the early fundamental Tae Kwon Do skills that will prepare you for the Low Rank class. Low Rank
Building upon the basics of Tae Kwon Do, this class will offer an exciting and engaging Tae Kwon Do martial arts curriculum to our under belt ranks. This program will focus on personal fitness and life skills, as well as teaching the beginning stages of our Tae Kwon Do curriculum. Students learn how to effectively defend themselves while developing their mental and physical potentials. Adult / High Rank
This class is a continuation of the Low Rank class, focusing on the more advanced stages of our Tae Kwon Do martial arts curriculum, offered to our advanced belt ranks. This program will focus on personal fitness and life skills. Weapons
Opportunity for students of any rank to learn practical self defense and weapons training. We offer training in bo, sword, Kama, and nunchaku.

So yesterday was awesome!👊🏻
Thanks to everyone that supported the EMAC! No matter what style of martial arts school you are, Dubuque was gifted with an influx of martial arts talent! We want to thank all of our judges, scorekeepers and time keepers, registration, awards table, coaches, and all of the WSKL promoters, families and friends!

And to you, Team Elite, you killed the set up and tear down and everything in between!! Beyond thankful for our Elite Family!!!

We are humbled by the love and support you all showed this weekend. We couldn’t do it without you, and we truly appreciate each and everyone of you!
