This month we celebrate the women who have helped shape this place into what it is.

To every woman who has walked through our doors, past and present, thank you. Thank you for the courage it takes to step into a space that can feel intimidating. Thank you for the discipline, the grit, the laughter between rounds, and the example you set every single day.

You’ve shown that strength is not just measured in punches thrown or rounds finished, but in the quiet determination it takes to keep showing up, for yourselves and for each other.

The energy and spirit you bring to this gym have changed it for the better. You’ve built friendships here, pushed limits, lifted others up, and reminded all of us that this community is strongest when everyone has a place in it.

We’re grateful for every early morning class, every drop of sweat, every moment of encouragement shared in and out of the ring.

Here’s to the women who were here in the beginning, the ones pushing the pace today, and the ones who will walk through the door tomorrow.

Tuesday the 10th February

There’s enough noise in the world right now telling us to fear each other, label each other, stand on opposite sides of lines that keep getting drawn. We believe in something better. We believe in shared struggle, shared breath, shared humanity.

This gym was born out of COVID in a time when isolation was swallowing people whole. It was built so strangers could become training partners, and training partners could become community. That mission matters even more now.

Different backgrounds. Different stories. Same room. Same sweat. Same reminder that we’re stronger together than we’ll ever be apart.

Movement is our common ground. Respect is our language. Community is the goal, built not on division, but on dignity and connection.

Come move with us.
