So excited that we will be teaching at the first INTERNATIONAL OMWAY at Casa Om! Join us and some other world class teachers, for yoga, but also fun stuff like snorkeling and swimming with whale sharks!

There is one room left and one bed in the men's dorm!

OmWAY is 2 weeks away! The team that will be coming together will be leading us into the future of Yoga. Learning from our peers is one of the most powerful ways to share knowledge and understanding with each other so we can spread that goodness all over the globe. Thank u for being part of the WAYmovement and each one of u will be getting a sweet tee or tank for being present!

The We Are Yoga got rained out yesterday, so we moved the demo inside.

Hopefully the first of many team demonstrations, we wanted to pick a routine that was fun and challenging!
