300 Workouts For Laurie!

Laurie has been crazy consistent ever since she started here at Prehab. She does her daily prehab in and out of the gym which has allowed her to get to 300 very quickly! Being a tennis player with past shoulder issues, she has done an amazing job sticking to the program and improving her strength and mobility allowing her to play more!

🔥Our morning small group strength program runs 3x a week on Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5,6,7am. We do full body strength and mobility training for about 50 mins each session.
