When I’m asked what Ballroom Boogie Fitness is, I often find myself struggling with a description because it’s unlike any other dance fitness class out there.

BBF is not a watered down version of dance, but basically dance fitness of which you’ll obtain skills, that will be useful through your life, like physical and brain balance.
