We are excited to announce our first “Intro to Jiu Jitsu” seminar for those who have been curious, nervous, or just not sure it’s right for them. On Sunday June 28th from 8am to 10am you can explore what the “gentle art” is all about, core concepts and positions, and how classes are conducted. Happy 6th Anniversary to our wonderful Apex community. We celebrated by welcoming for an amazing seminar on guard passing. Thank you Chewy for traveling to RVA and sharing the weekend with us.
