I'm Lindsay] a passionate small business owner and personal trainer dedicated to helping women 40 and older embrace their strength, vitality, and well-being. �

I believe that age is just a number, and working with women in their 40s and beyond is my true calling. There's something incredibly empowering about witnessing the transformation and resilience of women who are embracing their health and

fitness journey at this stage of life. �

As a personal trainer and being 47 years young, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with being a woman in this age group. I'm here to support you every step of the way, providing personalized fitness programs, nutritional guidance, and a motivational environment to help you achieve your goals. What sets me apart is my genuine passion for working with women in their 40s and older. I truly believe that this is a time in life when we can tap into our inner strength, redefine our relationship with our bodies, and celebrate our accomplishments. He may not lead the workouts, but he's definitely an expert at making people smile. 😊

When I first walked through the doors, I had reached a breaking point with my health. I knew something needed to change, but I wasn't sure where to start.

From our very first meeting, Lindsay made me feel welcome, supported, and confident that my goals were actually achievable. That support hasn't stopped. Every workout, every challenge, and every milestone has been met with encouragement, expert coaching, and an incredible community of women cheering each other on.

Since joining Clover Hill, I've lost weight, reduced body fat, built muscle, gained energy, and improved my overall health. But the biggest transformation has been how I feel.
