Tom wasn’t just overweight.

He was heading somewhere he couldn’t come back from.

At 275 pounds, his body was sending signals he couldn’t ignore anymore. Joints aching. Heart racing walking to the car. Shortness of breath doing nothing at all. The kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix.

His doctor had warned him.
His body was warning him.
He just needed to finally listen.
