Moving your body is one of the best things you can do for yourself, and that effort deserves credit no matter what it looks like. Some weeks you make it into the gym several times. Some weeks you make it in once. What matters is continuing to make time for yourself and refusing to let one missed workout turn into a missed month.

At Steelhouse Fitness, we've been training with purpose since 2008 because we know that lasting progress comes from consistency, patience, and a willingness to keep going. We're here to support you through every stage of that journey and help you build habits that last.

Pilates is part of what we offer at Steelhouse Fitness. Training with purpose has been our standard since 2008, and that includes creating opportunities to build strength, improve mobility, and move well through every stage of your fitness journey.

Classes are led by Jess, a qualified Pilates instructor who brings experience, knowledge, and an understanding that every person moves differently. Her sessions are designed to challenge you while meeting you where you are, making Pilates accessible to a variety of fitness levels.

Memorial Day at Steelhouse means Murph. 🇺🇸

Join us Monday, May 25 as we take on one of the most respected workouts in fitness while honoring Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael Murphy and those who gave their lives serving our country.

One mile run. 100 pull ups. 200 push ups. 300 squats. One mile run. Every mile and every rep carries purpose.

Members are free and non members are $20. Spots are limited, so sign up through the Mindbody app or DM us to reserve your spot.

Community sits at the center of everything we do at Steelhouse. The support, encouragement, and energy shared inside our gym showed up all throughout the event, and seeing people connect through fitness is always special to us.
