Good evening, Brickell neighbors!

We’re a mentorship and coaching based fitness studio located across from Brickell City Center focused on mindset, functional physical fitness, strength and conditioning, and community.

We’re doing a big one and opening The Miami Ice Club - Brickell at MLL. Official open house is scheduled for this coming Sunday, March 17th at 5pm.

We’re glad to be a growing part of the community. CrossFit, personal training, specialized training, recovery, Fox Physical Therapy, massage therapy, private events, workshops/seminars, corporate wellness, space rental for productions and events, and now breath work and ice baths. We’re also a pick up spot for Food for Athletes (FFA) meal prep service.

we don’t like to think about getting older until our body starts feeling older.

all it takes is an honest look at todays habits, routines and lifestyle and you’ll know.

somewhere, at least in the back of our minds, we know the truth.

stop ignoring the truth and start daring to do something about it.

if you’re not regularly sleeping ~8 hours, are relying on convenience foods or takeout, are taken over by stress, are inconsistently exercising or aren’t at all, and find yourself isolating more or pushing people away, you probably won’t be happy with the way you feel down the road.
