On September 26th at 8AM we’re hosting a 1-hour Rowing Clinic focused on improving technique, efficiency and understanding how to get more out of every stroke.

After the clinic, we’ll kick off a 6-week rowing capacity program, 2 days per week, to put those skills to work and build your engine.
