Another awesome Trunk or Treat in the books! 🎃👻

Great costumes, decorated trunks, plenty of candy, and an even better turnout!

We love seeing our CFK community come together outside of the gym, especially when the whole family gets involved.

One week ago we kicked off our Rowing Clinic 🚣

We spent the morning breaking down the stroke, working on positioning, timing, pacing and learning how to create more power with better efficiency.

Everyone finished with a 2K test to establish their baseline.

Now we’re one week into our 6-week Rowing Capacity Program, putting those skills to work twice a week and building a bigger engine.

Technique first. Capacity follows.

Let’s see where those 2K times are in 5 more weeks. 👊
