In 13 episodes he explained the science of our brain, neuroscience and the understanding of why we behave the way we do
So I watched that have read two of his books, I have been meditating, practicing being, loving myself, accepting others, and embracing the ups and the downs of being Human
It has been magical, I have had constant connection with Source, flowing from one amazing experience to another
I will never be the same
