Sometimes your relationship with the barbell just needs a little space. 😂

For our next program, we’re breaking up with the barbell and switching things up with a training split designed to build strength, challenge your body, and keep your workouts fun — without relying on a barbell for every move.

✨ THE SPLIT:
🩷 Monday — Full Body
🩷 Tuesday — Push Day
🩷 Wednesday — Lower Body
🩷 Thursday — Pull Day
🩷 Friday — Full Body
🩷 Saturday — Back & Abs

The goal isn’t to avoid challenging yourself — it’s to train smarter, move differently, and give your body new ways to work.

We are NOT breaking up with strength training.

We’re breaking up with the idea that you need to constantly lift heavier, chase PRs, or make the barbell the center of your training to get stronger, leaner & more defined.

Week 8. 🥹🩷 And the pistol squat progress is REAL.

We’ve worked on these all session long… sometimes willingly, sometimes VERY reluctantly 😂 But our tribe kept showing up, listening to their coaches, and taking their progress seriously.

We are SO proud of Amelia and this entire tribe. 🤍

This is an 8-week challenge designed to help you get stronger, leaner, and more consistent—without needing a barbell or a fancy gym setup.

And the best part? You can do it from ANYWHERE. 👏🏼
