We’re excited to announce we’ll be teaming up with Springville CSD to offer strength and speed services this summer! Certified Speed Coach, Personal Trainer, and Physical Therapist Assistant Ben Martens will be going out to Springville four days a week beginning June 1st to work with athletes on jumping higher, running faster, and becoming the Elite athletes they can be.

Congrats to Micky Roseberry from our Cedar Rapids location for winning the 2026 Weight Loss Competition! To win this competition, the winner needs to have the highest 2 out of 3 of the following: weight loss percentage, body fat percentage lost, inches lost. For winning, Micky received a free one year membership, a one hour massage, an Elite t-shirt, and Elite shaker bottle, and his entry fee returned.
