You asked for it, and here it is! Flow State Fitness and Training by Mel are hosting a Saturday morning group workout!

Here are the details:
When: Saturday, Oct 26th, 8:30-9:30am
Where: Flow State Fitness
Cost: $35 each
Open to current and former clients. Workouts are fun with loved ones, so friends and family members over the age of 12 are welcome to sign up too!

Sign up at your next workout or reach out to Mac or Mel to get your name on the list.

Class size is limited to 25 for this one.

Today is a very special day! It is our own ‘s birthday!! 🎉🎉🥳🎈🎂❤️ Wishing the happiest of birthdays to this girl we all know and love!

This past weekend, we pulled off Mission Impossible: Flow State Edition and surprised her with a group workout/party with many of her clients, family and friends 😎💪🏼 She was so surprised and this event was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who was a part of making this happen. Mel felt so loved and appreciated!! 🥲❤️ This event was a great reminder that we have the BEST tribe here at Flow State. We can’t thank you guys enough for continuing to support us. There will definitely be more events like this to come!

If you see our girl Mel today make sure you give her a Happy Birthday shout or send her a message! She appreciates you all!!! 😎🤟🏼❤️

You can also search for an existing team and find us that way. Cutoff to join a team is September 10th so don’t miss out on registering with us!!! 💪🏼❤️🙌🏼
