a studio that is different - one that isn’t intimidating to people unfamiliar with Pilates, that is intriguing to those who are into alternative music, that doesn’t turn off people who are looking to get fit or rehabilitate their body, but they just can’t stand the overall aesthetic of your average yoga or pilates studio.

Seriously, the level of relief a great hire can get you… I’m happy to get all the juice boxes to just have someone who can help with all of the day to day things in a way that doesn’t lose what Pilates Punx is all about. Class seems to fly by…. Except for when you’re doing that one exercise that you hate…. Can you relate?

(Actually, I personally love classes because they just flow and fly by so quickly and I don’t have to think about what to do - the instructor just guides everyone through it so all you have to do is move 💜)

Yeah… that’s because I can’t remember what I already taught to you so I have to start pulling out the moves that I haven’t taught in a while to be very sure that I’m not repeating the same class. The funny thing is it’s usually the Classical moves that I’m throwing in a contemporary class to mix it up 😉
