Mounted headlock from a couple different angles. With this technique the most important thing is to get off the ground. Grab both biceps, with your feet as close to your butt as possible explode with a bridge and roll to the side your head is on. If you are able to trap the foot / leg on the surface de you are rolling even better. Once you end up in the guard, if you are still in the headlock I like to apply leverage to the neck with a forearm and push up off of it with the opposite arm. This is quite uncomfortable for the person applying the headlock. Monkey biting (grip twist pull of the skin) works well also. Basically create a lot of pain so they rethink attacking you.
