Give us a call to schedule your trial class. We are a Martial Arts School. We offer an After School Pick -Up Program, where we will pick up your children and bring them safely to our facility. In addition we also offer evening martial arts classes daily as well as private lessons and training.

Proletics provides pickup from Buckhorn, Lithia Springs, Valrico Elementary, Valrico Academy, Winthrop Charter, Navigator Academy, Brooker, Alafia and Cimino.

Your child’s afternoon will be filled with homework time, martial arts, fitness, confidence building activities and FUN all in a safe, structured environment.

What an incredible journey it has been since adding our newest program to the Proletics lineup! We’re so grateful to offer programs that connect with many different types of kids because martial arts isn’t one size fits all.

Fitletics gives our students another way to move, grow and build confidence by combining combat style movements, athletic drills and fitness in a fun, high energy environment.

We pick up from local area schools and head to Proletics for an afternoon of fun, friends and movement! From homework help to fitness, martial arts, games, and friendships, every afternoon is packed with fun, structure, and opportunities to grow.
