Today and tomorrow, students will work on SKILLZ 2. Students will get a shot at earning their BLUE skill stripe!
Early SKILLZ (3 and 4-year olds): PUNCHING - this skill helps students work on developing upper body muscles, punching while counting, and hand-eye-coordination.
Basic SKILLZ (5 and 6-year olds): TEAMWORK - this skill helps students develop social skills such as taking turns, sportsmanship, and leadership.
Core SKILLZ (7 to 9-year olds): TECHNIQUE - this skill helps students develop fine motor skills in their feet and hands.
Extreme SKILLZ (10 and up): REACTION - this skill helps students respond quickly and make good decisions under pressure.
Elite SKILLZ (Elite and Black Belts): BASICS
