🌟Student of the Week: Shermayne! 🌟

Even though Shermayne is currently sidelined with a shoulder injury, she hasn't let that stop her from showing up and learning! As one of our newest BJJ students, she continues to attend class, watch techniques, and learn from her teammates, and she encourages them every week.

Her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to improving make her a great example of the amazing discipline we encourage. We can't wait to see her back on the mats soon!

Focused concentration, sharp technique, and so much heart! 🥋✨ Our intermediate martial arts students at Freedom Martial Arts in Valrico, FL are putting in the work and mastering their bahng mahng ee strikes and blocks!

Watching these dedicated youth build their confidence, coordination, and discipline with every single practice session is incredibly rewarding. It takes focus and determination to learn traditional stick sparring forms, and our students rise to the challenge every time. We are so proud of how our local youth support one another, push their limits, and grow stronger together as a martial arts family! ❤️🏆
