Our 2026 racing season has come to an end. This year had its ups and downs, some good finishes and some bad finishes. Thanks to Michael Taylor we finally got the car to handle which was something we’ve struggled with for a couple years. The pure stock class was filled with REALLY good cars all year and probably averaged the most cars each weekend which made our good runs even more special. This class has a great group of guys who race respectful and will help out however is needed.
Thanks to everyone who helped out this year with sponsorship, parts, advice, offers of help and help getting to and from the track-we couldn’t do it without you all.

Even though we won’t be able to race tonight due to some prior plans, come out and support Natural Bridge Speedway for a great night of racing.
Tomorrow’s show has been cancelled due to incoming weather, so pure stocks were added to tonight’s feature.

After monitoring the weather all day we have made the decision to postpone the Tommy Bare Memorial! This was not an easy decision as our team and especially the entire Bare family have put in so much work to make this event as special as it can be! We will just be moving it back a little as we continue to work to build it!

It will now be October 23rd & 24th as a part of our Fall Classic which will have more details coming soon!

We ARE still racing Friday night, October 9th‼️‼️

Mini Wedge will kick start the action at 6PM!

Late Models you will be running Twin 25 Lap features! Each will be $1200 to win! We will be running under the same rules as the Bare Memorial so that you guys can get plenty of laps in!

602 Late Models, Vintage, and Pure Stock will also be running full shows!

⏰ Drivers Meeting 545PM

‼️ Registration is in the blue building for local divisions. Please do not block the entrance to the pits to come register!

‼️NO Personal Vehicles are allowed in the outside pits. Haulers and Racecars ONLY!

‼️All local divisions MUST have safety inspection sticker before being allowed on the track.

‼️Raceivers are MANDATORY

‼️Drivers running multiple divisions must pay an entry fee for each additional division entered. This fee will be paid at registration. No driver may run the same car in two divisions.

‼️ Reminder that there is to be no alcohol at the facility!

‼️ If fans are caught with radios keying up during racing you will be escorted from the facility. There is to be NO ONE on official radios or raceiver that is not our staff.

•8:46 a.m. EDT: American Airlines Flight 11 crashes into the North Tower (1 World Trade Center) in New York City.

•9:03 a.m. EDT: United Airlines Flight 175 crashes into the South Tower (2 World Trade Center) in New York City.

•9:37 a.m. EDT: American Airlines Flight 77 crashes into the western facade of the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.

•9:59 a.m. EDT: The South Tower of the World Trade Center collapses.

•10:03 a.m. EDT: United Airlines Flight 93 crashes into a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, after passengers and crew fight back against the hijackers.

•10:28 a.m. EDT: The North Tower of the World Trade Center collapses.

That was a nasty storm that came thru this evening. We’re hoping everyone is safe!
Thank you to all first responders, local county and city public works employees, private contractors, VDOT employees and power company employees for leaving your families to make sure our roads are clear and power is restored. We appreciate each of you. 🫡

July 11, 2026 race recap:

Natural Bridge Speedway was the place to be for the Freedom 40 race weekend. Thanks to the track owner and a generous business sponsor, the pure stock class was racing for $1000 to win. 22 cars checked in and when qualifying was over, Parker sat P4. The top five did a pill draw and Parker pulled the #4 pill rolling off for the feature outside row 2.
The track was in great shape for the feature and Parker managed to hang in the top 5 for the beginning of the race running nose to tail. After a few cautions and some heads up and smooth driving, he was able to make his way up to 2nd position trying to chase down the legend David Brogan. He was able to hang tight with the #3 machine but would come home in P2.
Thanks to Michael Taylor for suggesting a small setup change-it was a difference maker and the car handled the best it’s ever been. Congratulations to David on his 200th career win. It was great to see him win the $1000 on a milestone night in his racing career.
