Last night we raced at Riverside International Speedway West Memphis, AR. Our changes we made since last time definitely helped and we turned our fastest laps yet around Riverside in hotlaps. In our heat we started front row outside and got blitzed again into turn one but held on to 5th. Putting me starting 9th in the feature. The track went away way more than we expected and had to wrestle a
Loose car around almost spinning several times but we made some ground, at one point passing two cars in one corner for 7th place. The next restart I was trying to look for 6th but I kept messing up entry and gave back 7th to finish 8th. Overall happy to get back out there and finish a race again.

It is raceday today at Riverside International Speedway West Memphis, AR. Made some changes to the car and hoping to avoid the issues that plagued us last time. Going to be a little cold tonight but that won’t stop us. Should be a good night to go racing!

Well, last night at Riverside International Speedway West Memphis, AR was not the night we wanted. Hot laps were decent, but that was about it. Went out 3rd for the heat race and two cars about wrecked directly in front of us in turn one on the first lap, I couldn’t get around it as quickly as everyone else and got swamped. On top of that I noticed the car was handling weird in the rough. Putting me all the way back to 7th. Went out for the feature and the car was pretty much undrivable. Felt like it was going to roll over every corner, and I didn’t feel safe continuing so I pulled in. After doing some investigating this morning we found one of our shocks is junk and was causing the car the car to sit on the right rear really bad and pick the left rear up off the ground. So we’ll regroup and hopefully be back at it soon. Ready to forget about this one and get it behind us.

It’s raceday today at Riverside International Speedway West Memphis, AR! We were informed the sprint cars would be doing a special tribute tonight for Scott Frazier so the 28J will have a gold number 5 on the left and right side of the car. As well as Frazier on the front of the top wing. We first met Scott back in March at the beginning of the season. When a group of us went up to the RE Technologies shop with our car to get it going in the right direction before the season, and we spent most of two whole days up there getting it ready. JP having never started a sprint before was given advice and pushed off by Scott. He will be greatly missed by everyone at the track. Very special thank you to our cousin Sam Holmes! Who not only supplies our four-wheeler and pushes JP on the track every time, he came through big time today by using his truck to get the car to the track while ours is out of commission.

One hot night at Clayhill Motorsports Park. Hotlaps went well. Took things easy and just focused on learning the track. Heat Race went well starting from 3rd. In the feature I managed to get the car rolling on the bottom and avoiding a couple of spins I managed to bring it home 3rd. I was surprised with the speed the car had and being able to keep up with some of the cars around us, having the 3rd fastest lap of the feature. Overall a good night and our first podium. Really cool to have the whole family there too.

It’s raceday at Clayhill Motorsports Park. Going to be a hot one. Should be a fun night of racing.

9th tonight at Riverside International Speedway West Memphis, AR. Hotlaps went well. Heat race I drew the outside pole. I was pretty nervous being up front for the first time, and I over drove it into turn one pretty good, got in the fluff and the whole field went around me. I hit a rough spot a lap there afterwards and scared myself pretty good. And I messed up and let that keep me from running like I should. I was pretty frustrated with myself afterwards. Rolled off 9th in the feature with a few really fast cars behind me. It took a couple laps to get rolling and by that point I was 12th or 13th. But I managed to get back the spots I had lost and finished 9th. Overall it’s in one piece and the feature was a lot of fun. Dream come true tonight to share the track with Sammy Swindell, one of the best to ever do it.

It is raceday at Riverside International Speedway West Memphis, AR. Got some temporary numbers on our car for tonight with our new wing. Hoping for a good night of racing!

One long hot night tonight at Benton. Fought the car all night in hot laps and the heat. Thanks to Nick McElhaney, Ronny Howard, and everyone else for helping us get a handle on it. The feature went much smoother. Still a little loose at first but I gradually found where the track had a little more grip and I started to pick up speed, but at that point I was already so far back it didn’t make any difference. Finally coming across the line a lead lap car got over our left rear and we spun across the line. Wings and some of the body panels are destroyed. So we ended up 16th after everything. Big thank you to everyone who stopped by in intermission.
