One hot night at Clayhill Motorsports Park. Hotlaps went well. Took things easy and just focused on learning the track. Heat Race went well starting from 3rd. In the feature I managed to get the car rolling on the bottom and avoiding a couple of spins I managed to bring it home 3rd. I was surprised with the speed the car had and being able to keep up with some of the cars around us, having the 3rd fastest lap of the feature. Overall a good night and our first podium. Really cool to have the whole family there too.

9th tonight at Riverside International Speedway West Memphis, AR. Hotlaps went well. Heat race I drew the outside pole. I was pretty nervous being up front for the first time, and I over drove it into turn one pretty good, got in the fluff and the whole field went around me. I hit a rough spot a lap there afterwards and scared myself pretty good. And I messed up and let that keep me from running like I should. I was pretty frustrated with myself afterwards. Rolled off 9th in the feature with a few really fast cars behind me. It took a couple laps to get rolling and by that point I was 12th or 13th. But I managed to get back the spots I had lost and finished 9th. Overall it’s in one piece and the feature was a lot of fun. Dream come true tonight to share the track with Sammy Swindell, one of the best to ever do it.

It is raceday at Riverside International Speedway West Memphis, AR. Got some temporary numbers on our car for tonight with our new wing. Hoping for a good night of racing!

One long hot night tonight at Benton. Fought the car all night in hot laps and the heat. Thanks to Nick McElhaney, Ronny Howard, and everyone else for helping us get a handle on it. The feature went much smoother. Still a little loose at first but I gradually found where the track had a little more grip and I started to pick up speed, but at that point I was already so far back it didn’t make any difference. Finally coming across the line a lead lap car got over our left rear and we spun across the line. Wings and some of the body panels are destroyed. So we ended up 16th after everything. Big thank you to everyone who stopped by in intermission.

It is raceday once again at Benton Speedway. It is the third attempt to get this big sprint car race in and the second to get fan appreciation night in. Going to be a hot one! Come see us on the front straightaway in intermission we’ll have hero cards to hand out and t-shirts for sale.

Rained out here tonight at Benton Speedway ran hotlaps and the track was the roughest I’ve ever ran on. After hooking a rut two weeks ago it had me freaked out so I took it real easy just careful to not tear anything up. But rain cancelled the night before we even ran our heat. We’ll try it again in two weeks.

It’s raceday at Benton Speedway, it’s fan appreciation night so admission into the stands is free. This will be a big show for sprint cars so we’re hoping to really get to learn in a big field of cars. We will have hero cards tonight to hand out!

Well shoot, track was rough and rutted for the feature I was running 6th with 6 to go and we hooked a rut and yard-saled it. But I’m all good, thank you to the Benton Speedway crew for being to me quick and flipping me over fast. All in all the damage isn’t horrid. So we’ll be back soon hopefully.
