🔥 300 KETTLEBELL CHALLENGE WORKOUT 🔥
This one seems pretty simple…
But it’s tough. 😈
Complete the following circuit for 6 rounds as fast as possible:
✅ 10 Goblet Squats
✅ 10 Push-Ups
✅ 5 Kettlebell Suitcase Lunges per Side
✅ 10 One-Arm Kettlebell Swings per Side
That’s 50 reps per round.
Six rounds = 300 total reps.
