It’s been a really great start to May 🌞 !! But also how is it May already can this year slow down a little please I am getting whiplash !!!
I feel like this week was the perfect start to the month, I have definitely managed to slip back into routine and get some structure into my life/ workouts 🫶🏼 (I might have tumbled off my bike but it was character building and I’m taking it as a win despite the giant graze on my elbow 🙃)
