Because sometimes I’m just not bold enough to talk to myself this way 😌……

I’ve written my own training and my own nutrition for years. Turns out the thing I couldn’t do alone was believe.

I couldn’t even hit a pose today — the doubt got there first. So before I took one step we prayed. Then he gave me Mark 11:23 to study. Say to this mountain, be taken up and thrown into the sea.

Find people who don’t just believe in you — who believe with you, in God. 🙏🏾

My body is peaking. My brain is not. 😅🤯😶‍🌫️
Forgiveness please 🙏🏾🥰

When body fat gets low and energy stays restricted for months, your body starts triaging. Keeping you alive beats keeping you sharp. So the lights dim a little upstairs:
• Foggy concentration
• Forgetting words mid-sentence
• Slower processing
• Simple decisions feel impossible
• Mental fatigue by noon
• Emotionally flat

This isn’t laziness. It’s not weak discipline. It’s physiology doing exactly what it’s designed to do.

And it’s temporary. As food comes back up and body fat returns to a healthier place post-show, the fog lifts and your brain comes back online.🥰
