At Legendary, we all squat - but your depth, stance, foot position, and even the variation you use may look completely different from the person next to you.

Not everyone needs to get under a barbell.

For one person, a back squat might be the best tool. For someone else, it might be a goblet squat, safety bar, landmine, or another variation that lets them train hard without fighting their joints.

The goal isn’t to force everyone into the same exercise.

The goal is to find the version you can load, progress, and keep training for years.
