Maryam cares for her client as her own family. She knows when to push and when to dial down. My endurance, energy and complete well being has taken to next level since I started working with Maryam. Though her workouts always concentrate on all muscle groups she makes it innovative. Maryam is very particular about using proper technique so that clients won’t get injured. I personally got benefitted from Maryam’s style of training. I have worked with several trainers and she one of the best.

Working on setting some intentions for the coming year. When you’re excited about so much and want to do so much it gets hard to see a clear path of where you’d like to be. This is why setting an intention then some goals will ALWAYS help.
I intend to live a life that is more meaningful and brings me joy.
I intend to take care of myself more by making more time and space for:
My own workouts
My own yoga practice
More specific financial planning
More quality experiences and fun times with family and friends.
Growth in business.
These are my intentional goals for 2023! I’d love it if you share yours with me. I know that whatever happens in the new year, at least I’m doing my part by setting up a clear path with these intentions.

So many of us go into fitness and nutrition programs focused on weight and that number on the scale. However, it is so much more helpful and meaningful to focus on your why.
That means why you want to change? After all weightloss WILL require a lifestyle change. When you're focused on your WHY, you will create lasting lifelong change once and for all.
Your WHY is what keeps you going. Your WHY creates discipline and consistency you didn't even know you were capable of.
If you find yourself struggling with the progress ask yourself these questions:
🟥 WHY do I want to make changes?
🟧 Why do I want to commit?
🟨 Why am I ready for a lifestyle?
You can nurture some ways to answer these questions by:
🟧 writing down the why's
🟥 Meditate on them
🟨 remember them next time you're struggling with your eating and workout program!
I am here as a guide and a coach to help you go through this process, so be sure to ask when you have questions!!!

Did you know that we were meant to eat foods that are in season? Eating fruits and vegetables which are in each season is a simple way to be sure you get an abundance of their nutrients and health benefits. Seasonal food is fresher, tastier and more nutritious than food consumed out of season.

Seasonal fruits are more delicious and more often are much brighter and more plump than non-seasonal foods. Check out this delicious array of foods and I hope you make an effort to eat this way each season around.

We are all in a slump lately. Totally understandable, yet we can help change things around.

First and foremost, make sure you are:

1️⃣ Drinking water. If you're not drinking enough you will be fatigued.

2️⃣ Eat for fuel. Eat a good source of protein, lots of veggies, nuts, seeds, and high fiber and avoid processed sugars

3️⃣ Be sure to get plenty of sleep. Come on now, this is obvious!

4️⃣ Exercise. This is a guarantee you will get some good sleep, therefore, have energy.

5️⃣ Control your stress. Stress induced emotions consume a ton of energy. Do what it takes to be stress free as much as possible.

If you take all of these mentioned above under control. You will see a major improvement in your energy levels!

Meal prep is almost finished. This batch took me a little over 3 hours including all the clean up in between! Imagine that 3 hours of your time will buy you at least 5 ready made meals.

I am posting this because some of you think meal prepping is hard and time consuming. That might be true when you start out, but it gets better as you get into it more. The benefits outweigh any negatives here! You all know that!
