We are a fitness community with a unique culture. SOCO Strength focuses on total body workouts and includes high intensity interval training, weight lifting, functional movements, and cardio/enduran

ce training. Coaches offer both group programming and individualized attention to ensure that you are maximizing your workout and working towards your personal goals. At SOCO Strength, we all have the like-minded objective to improve our health, increase our fitness level, and push ourselves beyond our perceived limitations with each and every workout. We work both communally and individually to achieve our personal goals. At SOCO you are not just another payment each month, you become part of our family. With that comes workout partners and friends who encourage, motivate, and support you through anything life throws at you.

Myth: Squatting heavy is dangerous and will damage my knees!

Truth: Squatting with load is one of the most beneficial movements that any human at any age can do to STRENGTHEN their knees, back,  glutes, hips, and core so that when you DO fall or get injured in your sport you will be able to bounce back much quicker.

The caveat here is that you must learn proper squat mechanics by a barbell literate coach or else there WILL be a high risk of injury while trying to squat with load.

That’s where we come in!

We are excited to host a 2 hour squat clinic at that will give you all the tools you need to feel confident adding barbell squats to your training program and crush new PRs! We will also be offering FREE InBody Scans and giving away an 8-week Barbell Program to every athlete who signs up.

When: December 16th @ 12pm- 2pm

Price: $79 at the door or $65 if signed up by December 13th.
