Practice Should Look Like the Game
The goal of practice isn't to look good in practice.
It's to perform when the match begins.
Volleyball isn't played in perfect situations.
Players have to communicate, make decisions, adjust to what they see, and compete under pressureβall in a matter of seconds.
That's why we try to make as much of practice as possible resemble what athletes will experience in competition.
When practice looks like the game, athletes build more than just technique. They build confidence, decision-making, and the ability to perform when it matters most.
Because the goal isn't simply to execute a drill.
The goal is to be ready when the match begins.
Because every decision we make has one purpose: helping athletes become better volleyball players.
