Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing pools, ensuring water quality, and diagnosing basic equipment issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain swimming pools on a scheduled route
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
• Identify and report repair needs or potential issues
• Perform minor repairs and equipment troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers professionally
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
• Previous pool service experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks
