City of Lafayette Aquatics- COLA Fan Page Swim Team and Swim Lessons year Round! We are a year round swim team located in Lafayette, La for swimmers ages 4-18. We have swimmers of all ages and abilities.

We also have a swim lessons program year round. We have swimmers ages 18 months to up to adults. Our swim lessons program is Swim America a national swim lessons organization set up by the American Swim Coaches Association. Call today for more info!

We had so much FUN today at our annual intersquad meet!🎉

The day started with team pictures and ended with some great racing. Fantastic job to everyone who swam and helped make this day so fun! We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the rest of this season.🧡💙

It’s time for High School Meet Three!🏆

🔵🟠Southwest Louisiana Swim League will be hosting another high school season meet tonight at the Robicheaux Recreation Center!🟠🔵

The following schools will be competing:
Carencro
DTSMA
Hathaway
OC
Saints
Sam Houston
Southside

-Important Times-
Doors open for swimmers 4:15
Warm-Ups begin: 4:30
Sales begin for spectators 4:30
Doors open for spectators: 5:05
Call for timers 5:10
Timers meeting: 5:15
Meet starts 5:20

The spectator entry fee is $7 for adults and $5 for children (18&U). Heat sheets will also be available for $5 each. Cash and card are accepted.

COLA has sent over 65 swimmers to swim in college across 38 different schools! There are currently 10 former-COLA swimmers competing at the collegiate level. In honor of this, we want to honor our recent Class of 2026 graduates! Check out the next few slides for spotlights on these amazing individuals as they begin this exciting next chapter.

COLA wants to congratulate COLA collegiate swimmer Marie Landreneau! Marie represented COLA and UGA in Irvine, CA at the 2026 Toyota National Championships. She competed in the 200m Free, 400m Free, and 200m IM. She placed 8th in the 200m Free and finished 6th in the 400m Free, setting a new Open Louisiana Swimming state record in the process.

Way to Geaux Marie! We are so proud! 🧡💙
