A 4-week live virtual strength program built around one simple piece of equipment — a weighted body bar.

We’ll meet Tuesdays + Thursdays from 7:30–8:10 PM CT for 40-minute full-body workouts designed to help you build strength, improve muscular endurance, and get more comfortable with resistance training.

In a perfect schedule, I’d make everything fresh from scratch every single time… but who actually lives on a perfect schedule? 😂

Midweek, that’s just not happening for me.

So this is one of those meals that makes healthy eating feel realistic: spinach feta turkey burgers, Mediterranean grilled veggies, and sweet potatoes. Simple, filling, and very little prep.

And the best part? $10 for two meals. 👏

Eating well doesn’t always have to mean hours in the kitchen, complicated recipes, or meal prepping an entire day away. Sometimes it’s just about finding better shortcuts that still help you stay on track.

Real food. Real life. And a weekday night schedule that definitely wasn’t leaving room for homemade turkey burgers. 😂

Eating healthy doesn’t mean saying no to restaurants, treats, travel, or meals you didn’t prepare yourself. 💛

Nutrition is about the overall pattern of how you eat—not one meal, one weekend, or one choice.

You can enjoy the food.
You can eat out.
You can celebrate.
You can have the dessert.
And you can still work toward your fitness and health goals.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s learning how to make choices that support your goals while still enjoying your life.

That’s the kind of balance I want my clients to build—because if your approach to fitness and nutrition only works when life is perfectly controlled, it probably isn’t sustainable.

Your calves do more than you think!

Forced to sit most of your workday? Calf raises are an easy little “movement snack” you can add throughout the day.

Why? What are the benefits?

Your calf muscles actually help pump blood back up from your lower legs. A few sets here and there can help get your lower legs moving, support circulation, reduce stiffness, and build stronger calves. Stronger calves support ankle stability, balance, walking, running, squatting, and pretty much all lower-body movement!

Nothing complicated — just one simple way to get a little more movement into your day.

My stim-free pre-workout 👏

I am pro pre-workout, guys—but here’s the deal—I usually train late in the afternoon, around 3 hours after my last meal, and I really don’t need caffeine that late in the day.

So why this stack?

Creatine helps support strength, power, training performance, and muscle growth when taken consistently.

EAAs give me essential amino acids around my workout to support muscle protein synthesis, recovery, and muscle preservation—especially when it’s been a few hours since I’ve eaten.

No stimulants. No late-afternoon caffeine hit. Just a simple stack that supports what I’m actually trying to accomplish in the gym.

Side note: creatine timing matters a lot less than consistency. It’s not about getting an instant “boost”— I just like taking mine with my pre-workout routine because it helps me remember it.
