"I never go a day without a walk, my favorite time is early in the mornings when the sun is rising."

"Start slow and be consistent because there will always be high and there will always be lows. Ride the waves of your journey, but enjoy and understand every part of the process."

"I canβt choose one. Powerlifting, jiu jitsu, and slinging kettlebells"
