Turkey Valley Trap Range

The Turkey Valley Trap Range is a shooting range in Jackson Junction Iowa. Offering Trap, Pistol and r***e areas.

The Turkey Valley Trap Range was started in 2013 as a non-profit organization (501c3). It is the home field of the Turkey Valley Trap Shooting Team and NICC Sports Shooting Team, a community college shooting team. This was established to offer a place for the Turkey Valley Trap Shooting Team and Northeast Iowa Community College to shoot to prepare for competition shooting as well as for the local community members to have a safe and feature filled trap and pistol/r***e ranges. We received great community support in the building of this site. We will be offering memberships to help support the growth of this facility. Memberships will give you access to our trap fields and our 100 yard pistol/rim-fire/r***e range and a 400 yard r***e range. Board of Directors:

We are planning on trying to do a fall clean up at the range this Sunday. The tree over growth along the long range fence line will need to be trimmed back. So if you as a member are willing to help for a few hours, bring a battery operated pole saw and chainsaws. We also need to clean up the south ditch. You can DM if you are willing to help or just plan on starting around 12:30 pm on 10/25/2026.
