Almost 4 years ago I believed that I was a scientific anomaly that I was just obese and nothing was gonna change that. But thanks to my friends who are now like my family Justin, Haski, and Eliza supported me from the start teaching me the benefits of constantly putting the work in and not getting discouraged from results taking time to see.

If you're struggling or have the same mindset I did I am living proof that you can make that change and live a better life!

My name is Benjamin the founder behind Swoley Mammoth Fitness. I started Swoley Mammoth the end of 2023 it's been something I've wanted to do since I started my own fitness journey in 2020.
