Teaching recreational Gymnastics from 2 years old and up as well as our Competitive Gymnastics teams including AAU, PrepOptional (Excel), USAG Compulsory&Optional, & TumblingTrampoline

We also have a Learning Center and an Afterschool Program with transportation catering to several schools in the area.

No tryouts. No pressure. Just opportunity. 💙✨

We are very proud of our AAU Copper program.

It started in 2023–2024 and helped shape the year we were named AAU Club of the Year — and it’s still one of the programs we love most.

It gives more kids the chance to experience competitive gymnastics in a way that feels supportive, fun, and achievable.

Athletes train twice a week and get to experience 2–3 local meets a season.

It’s a perfect next step for recreational gymnasts who love the sport and want more time in the gym, more progress, and the experience of competing as part of a team.

Our Annual Team Banquet was this past weekend at the beautiful Sweet Magnolia Estate. 💙

To our Seniors — we are incredibly proud of your years of commitment, your daily grind, and your ability to keep showing up even when things were hard. The discipline, resilience, and work ethic you’ve built through this sport will carry you far beyond college gymnastics.
