TRAINER TIP THURSDAY🚨‼️

Here’s a visual representation to show the difference between squatting & hip hinging!

In these clips I’m in a sumo stance, on the risers. However, the squat vs hip hinge would be similar regardless of my foot position!

Squatting- think up & down, chest stays proud, shoulders back.

Hip hinge- think send your hips BACK, while keeping a bend in the knees, chest comes forward, shoulders stay rolled backed!

Trainer Tip Thursday 💥✨

Kettlebell cleans don’t have to be painful, we just need to leverage them correctly!

Making sure we use our power and legs to our advantage is so important, especially when attempting heavier weights!

Next time we’re cleaning in studio- make sure you dial in that form and use coaches are more than happy to help 💪🏼
