Aerial Gravity Hi! I’m Desiree. I got into Lyra, fell in love with it and now want to teach you! I offer mixed level Lyra, and beginner Lollipop Lyra classes.

Classes are taught at two locations: ATC Center in Hudson, MA and at The Care Factory in Millbury, MA

*PLEASE READ*

I am sadly taking a break from teaching for a while due to health issues. I am okay! But my body needs to relax and recharge.

I love Lyra and have fun doing it and teaching it. But it is a lot on your body physically. You have to put what your body needs first over having fun. Always remember your health is the most important thing! Taking a break from ANYTHING is okay.

That being said, if there are any Lyra instructors who would be interested in teaching for me, please reach out! 🎪
