Spring is the perfect time for a reset.
You don’t need anything extreme — just a few simple habits done consistently.

4 habits to start this month:

1️⃣ Daily Walks
Move your body every day. A simple 20–30 minute walk can improve your mood, help recovery, and increase your daily calorie burn.

2️⃣ Hydrate More
Drink more water throughout the day. Hydration improves energy, focus, digestion, and workout performance.

3️⃣ Strength Train 2–3 Times Per Week
Building muscle improves metabolism, strength, posture, and long-term health. You don’t need to train every day — consistency is what matters.

4️⃣ Prioritize Protein
Make protein the foundation of your meals. It helps build muscle, keeps you full longer, and supports recovery.

Small habits → big results over time.

Start simple. Stay consistent.
