CSP Charity Strength Camp is back!
Join us on Saturday the 28th for a great workout, an upbeat atmosphere, and to support a local charity. We will be donating 100% of the raised funds to The Boys and Girls Club of Hudson, MA.

How to Grip a Kettlebell Correctly:

A good kettlebell grip has a neutral wrist position (top right). This position makes it easier to get into a position to squat, press, and carry.

This also helps you avoid putting unnecessary stress on your wrist (top left).

In order to get into this position, angle the bell in your hand.

Instead of holding it straight across like a dumbbell, hold so that it sits in the pad of your hand underneath your thumb and slide your hand to the corner.

CSP Strength Camp has returned and is being held in Ashland, MA at Nokona Athletic Center.

Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30am.
