That's why before you even pay us a dime, we take you through a personal fitness consultation with a personal trainer. During the consultation, we'll take several measurements to see where you're currently at, then we'll have a short chat about your goals, any problems you may have, the programs you've done in the past, and so forth. Only until we've had a thorough understanding of who you are can we recommend any of our personal training & fitness programs.
