I thought she deserved a spot in the main feed. Not as a brag, but so I remember.

So I remember the late nights, the quiet doubts, and the moments I almost gave up. The times when the vision felt too far away, but I kept showing up anyway.

This isn’t the finish line. It’s not even close. But it’s a reminder of what’s possible when you stay consistent, when you trust the process even when it’s slow, and when you refuse to quit on yourself.

Here’s to honoring the work it took to get here, and the growth it’ll take to get where I’m going.

Owning a small business isn’t for the faint of heart. Early mornings, late nights, and a million things in between—there’s no clocking out when it’s your passion. Running True Form Gym has been the toughest and most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. Every day, I’m pushing to make sure we offer the best training, the best classes, and the best community possible.

So when I found out True Form Gym was ranked one of the TOP THREE GYMS in Houston—it felt VALIDATING. It’s proof that the hard work, the sweat (literal and figurative), and the constant drive to improve are paying off.

But this isn’t where I stop. I’ll keep raising the bar—for myself, for the members, and for what a gym should be. Thank you to everyone who has supported this gym, trained with us, and helped build this incredible community. We’re just getting started. Thank you to for the award. AND thank you to my amazing trainers who kick ass every single day.
