We're home to Atlantic MMA, which specializes in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, & MMA. Features 24/7 Gym Access, a competition Boxing & MMA Ring, TRX, Boxing Bags, Zebra Mats, Fitness equipment, and over 5000 sq ft of Training Space

-6pm Muay Thai Kickboxing with Josh Crouch
-6pm Intermediate MMA with Brice Nix (2 months experience in Boxing, BJJ, & Muay Thai required)
-7pm Boxing with Kevin Cash & Joe Martinez
-7pm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi) with Alex Estep

Tuesday
-5pm Pre-K Jiu Jitsu with Abby Houk
-5:30pm Youth Boxing with Katelyn Banks
-6pm Boxing with Joe
-6:05pm Youth Muay Thai Kickboxing with Josh
-7pm Muay Thai Kickboxing with Josh
-7pm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (No Gi) with Brice Nix/Colter Grice

We’ve made some updates to our class schedule! Please note that some of our regular classes have also changed times, so be sure to take a look at the updated schedule and plan your training accordingly.

☀️ For the Early Birds: We added Boxing at 7AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12PM!
🐻 We're hosting the LR Bears Jiu-Jitsu Club on Fridays at 3PM, Members are more than welcome to join!
