Meet Coach Luke Hutton!

Coach Hutton brings a wealth of competitive experience, technical knowledge, and passion for the sport to our summer coaching staff.

🏆 Division 2 South Sectional Champion
🏆 3rd Place – MIAA Division 2 State Championships
🏆 Marshfield Holiday Tournament Champion
🏆 Top 8 Finisher – Massachusetts All States
🏆 Top 8 Finisher – New England Championships
🏆 James Peckham Scholarship Recipient

Currently, Luke competes at the NCAA Division III level for Trinity College at 197 lbs, where he has also earned recognition as a member of the NEWA All-Academic Team.

As a coach, Luke emphasizes intensity, discipline, technical development, and mental toughness. He is passionate about helping young athletes grow both as wrestlers and as individuals.

We’re excited to have Coach Hutton on the mat this summer, helping our athletes improve on and off the mat!

Meet Coach Joe Tully!

Coach Tully brings championship experience and a passion for competition to our summer coaching staff.

🏆 2x MIAA Division 3 State Champion
🏆 Massachusetts All-State Runner-Up
🏆 NCAA Regional Place Winner at 184 lbs

Joe began his wrestling career at Carver High School, where he established himself as one of the top wrestlers in the state. He continued his success at the collegiate level with WPI, earning a place at Regionals while competing at 184 pounds.

Still actively competing for the WPI Engineers, Coach Tully continues to sharpen his skills on the mat and is excited to share that knowledge and experience with the next generation of wrestlers.

We’re thrilled to have Coach Tully helping our athletes grow, compete, and reach their goals this summer!

Riptide is ready for summer training! 🔥

Whether you’re a returning wrestler looking to stay sharp or a new wrestler ready to get started, we have a room for you.

Our college guys are back and ready to roll, our co-ed high school group is strong, and we now offer Youth Elite classes in addition to our regular youth classes so there is truly a place for everyone.

As always, we will be offering girls-only practices as we continue to help grow girls wrestling! 🩷🤼‍♀️

Please reach out with any questions regarding placement. We’ll help make sure each wrestler is in the right room based on age, experience, and goals.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the incredible moms in the Riptide Wrestling Club family ❤️

Thank you for the early mornings, long weekends, endless driving, pep talks, and unconditional support you give our athletes every single season. Your sacrifices and encouragement mean more than words can say.

Wrestlers make sure you take time tomorrow to thank your moms and the women who support you every step of the way. They are a huge part of your success both on and off the mat.

Reminder: There will be no practice tomorrow as we celebrate all of the amazing moms in our club. We hope everyone has a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend!
