SENIOR SUNDAY

If you don’t know Aden Jackson you are missing out! Aden is a great human. We are looking forward to watching Aden’s athletic career continue at Iowa Western as he looks to advance his wrestling career. Aden has a ton of physical strength, but he’s a big teddy bear and we love that about him. Thanks for your effort & ability to lead by example in the gym, we are going to miss you Aden!

SENIOR SUNDAY

LEAH BRAUCH!! The phrase 1/1 gets tossed around a lot, but Leah is truly unique. Whether it’s a 30 minute plank, 2x bodyweight squats, 1:30 handstand or any other ridiculous feat Leah has accomplished, there’s one thing we are confident of—there will never be another Leah Brauch.

One might think Leah had it easy getting to where she’s at (awesome person + college basketball player)… that couldn’t be further from the truth. Leah transferred schools, had some medical challenges, and through it all remained the same positive and hard working person. Leah, thank you for your consistent leadership in the gym, we are all better off for having met you!

SENIOR SUNDAY

Max Roach is a pit bull. He’s got a fiery competitive edge that makes him really hard to beat. Max can take on guys on the court that weigh 100lbs more than him and run past just about anyone. Max is super down to earth and a great mentor figure to several young athletes. You won’t need it, but wishing you the best of luck in college, Max 🤞👊

Becca & Cora are thick as thieves 🤞They are constantly competing for top 5 spots on the record board and bring the best out in each other (most days..)

These two are super consistent with getting into the gym and continue to see awesome speed & strength gains because of their commitment to getting better every time they come in.

Also have to mention their unique sense of humor.. we greatly appreciate it, when we can understand it 😂

SENIOR SUNDAY

had big dreams when he sat down for his athlete evaluation over 3 years ago. We are beyond proud of him for the work he has put into bringing those dreams to life and are extremely excited to watch him dominate his college career. Landon has a bright future in basketball and is looking to be a pilot when his athletics career comes to an end. Landon left for LMU this week to begin his college career and we know he’s going to flourish.

SENIOR SUNDAY
11 left for college this week and we are wishing her the best of luck as she prepares for her first college basketball season with the University of Missouri. Ellie was a 3 sport varsity athlete at Dowling and had an unbelievable high school career. We are excited to watch her success continue at Missouri!
