A little sunrise photo shoot… how stunning?!?! And it’s even better in person!!! Wowowow… I feel like the studio has designed itself… and I’m grateful to see what else comes next?!?! Thanks Tough Mudder!!!!

I LOVE a good OCR, and this was no exception… Hot Yoga was something I really got into later that year, and it COMPLETELY Transformed my fitness, how I approached fitness, and how I coached clients and movement… I was in great shape then, however I am 10,000x more functional now than I was then… perspective… I could MAKE my body do things, vs inviting my body to become and develop skill, awareness, and functionality; harmony, if you will…
