The good stuff is in being aware in the present moment when you can still choose how to respond. The analysis and reflection is often how we get there, but don’t stop with reflection only. Eventually you’re going to start to notice those cues in your body that say “fear is driving” or “anger is here” and then you have tools to pause, then choose. Now that’s living with more joy, ease, and grace because you’re not being driven by your triggers and the wild emotional rollercoaster. ♥️
